	It has been brought to my attention by Virginia College Culinary,that Birmingham doesn't have any so called `fine dining` restaurants. I am a student and this concerns me as to what does Birmingham have to offer for those culinarians that would like to work in a 3,4,or 5 star restaurant,after graduation? Please respond.
